DESCRIPTION
AUTOMATED DISCHARGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN HYDROCARBON STORAGE STATIONS, LIQUID FUELS AND / OR PETROLIFER PRODUCTS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention falls within the scope of the logistic of hydrocarbons, liquid fuels and petroleum products of different Indole. More specifically, the invention relates to a preferred application system for the unloading of tank trucks, as well! as in the control and automated management of its related operations, such as the provision of secondary storage, supply or distribution facilities in service stations, gas stations and related facilities.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, national systems for the storage and transportation of petroleum products, hydrocarbons and liquid fuels are based primarily on large networks formed by different storage and supply points. These supply points are available to petroleum operators operating in each country, through a large number of distribution points, such as service stations. The large dimensions of these networks, which cover tens of thousands of kilometers in Spain, give an idea of the complexity involved in controlling the circulation of petroleum products along transport networks, which requires adequate and precise monitoring and management, with the aim of avoiding efficiency losses, material losses and possible environmental damage, for example in case of product leakage to the environment.
Within the logistics associated with the transport of hydrocarbons, the loading points of tank vehicles (usually trucks), which are responsible for distributing fuels from central plants in the hydrocarbon network to commercial receiving stations of the different operators of different said network.

The supply of the aforementioned receiving facilities, (service stations, gas stations, etc.), is mainly carried out with manual control procedures, assisted only by the information provided by the tank measurement systems that these facilities possess. The unloading operations are therefore carried out by means of hoses transferring the different products that have been loaded in the plants, terminals or central storage facilities, over the compartments of the tank trucks, which transport them to the different tanks of the receiving facilities according to the specific conditions of each operation.
The execution of the unloading operations corresponds to the driver of the tank truck, under the supervision of a person responsible for the receiving installation, who controls them, verifying that the different products are transferred to the appropriate tanks and that the quantities received correspond to the consigned ones. in the accompanying documents. Also, during the unloading operations, if it is a service station in which normal vehicle refueling activities are being carried out, these must be limited, safety perimeters established and measures taken to control the risks.
For its part, gasocenters, being small intermediate storage facilities for gasoils, whose function is to serve as bases for wholesale distribution in areas close to its location, generally do not have fixed personnel, since the number of daily operations of Discharge or supply is usually smaller.
In the light of what has been described in the preceding paragraphs, it is desirable, in the field of the invention, to develop new automatic management systems that improve manual download processes in receiving facilities, so that their execution times are reduced and, at At the same time, the risks of loss or human error are reduced.
Today, some semi-automatic or automatic compartment identification and purge control systems in tank trucks are known, as is the case of the Spanish patent application ES 2547628 A1. However, these systems are focused on the automatic management of the load in the storage and supply points of a logistic network, and more specifically to solve the problems related to the control of tank purges, with the

errors of allocation of compartments, and with the supervision of quantities programmed by each compartment of the transport trucks.
Although the present invention shares some approaches with the aforementioned systems, its application is oriented, however, to the management of the discharge processes of liquid fuels and / or petroleum products in the receiving facilities themselves (for example service stations), to facilitate and assist drivers in download operations, ensuring that these operations and the sequential introduction of data associated with them, are performed in an optimized manner.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the information set forth in the previous section, an object of the present invention is, therefore, to provide technical solutions that allow to perform the supply procedures of the receiving facilities in an automated and supervised manner, without the need for the presence and intervention of the personnel responsible for the same, inside or outside business hours, maintaining full security guarantees.
Another object of the invention is the obtaining of means that allow the automated control of the discharge of hydrocarbons, liquid fuels and petroleum products in general in service stations, gas stations and other receiving facilities, to improve safety, preventing them from occurring, by human errors, spills or overflows in tanks, as! as product contamination in them.
A further object of the invention is that the unloading operations of hydrocarbons, liquid fuels and petroleum products in general can be carried out with the sole intervention of the drivers of the tank trucks, without the need for additional personnel participation, but without this involving undermining the safety conditions for these drivers, and without loss of efficiency of the unloading procedures.
Said objects are preferably carried out by means of an automated discharge management system in storage stations for hydrocarbons, liquid fuels and / or petroleum products comprising a discharge zone.
